Travis Johnson
Head Coach

Coach Johnson is a 1996 graduate of South Eugene High. He lettered 3 years at Southern Oregon University as a Tight End. Graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Economics. Graduated from Pacific University with an M.A. in Education. Travis has coached at South Eugene for 7 years and this is his 2nd as head coach. He has been married to his wife Erin for 5 years. His hobbies include reading and spending time with the family. Travis also serves as the Freshmen Counselor.

Fred Banks

Coach Banks attended Marist High School where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He attended college at Western Oregon State University where he played basketball. Favorite hobbies outside of football are basketball and golf. Fred has been married 21 years to Jill Banks. They have three boys who attend O'Hara Catholic School in Eugene. James is in 8th grade; Justin is in 7th grade; Jaren is in 3rd grade. The family values the importance of a strong education, which includes involvement in athletics -- whether it is active participation in the sport or actively being a spectator.

Trevor Bolivar
Defensive End Coach

Coach Bolivar went to Escondido High School in Escondido, California from 1986-1990. Trevor played football for 4 years, wrestled for 3 years, baseball for 1 year, and track for 2 years. He was a three year Varsity Letterman in Football and was a Captain and an all-league player his junior and senior year. In Wrestling, Trevor was a captain and all league his senior year. Trevor attended and played football at Palomar College in San Marcos California for one year. Trevor coached at Bigfork High School for three years (2005-2007), served as Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Line Coach, Linebacker Coach, and Offensive Line Coach. He has been married for fifteen years to Diana. Trevor has three children: Troy, Bri, and Brandi.

Daryl Hubler
Defensive Coordinator

Coach Hubler has coached football at South Eugene for the past 6 years, with the last 2 years as Varsity Defensive Coordinator. He attended Medford Senior High School and Oregon State University. His hobbies outside of football include camping, water skiing and duck hunting. He has a wife, Darla , and two sons, Tyler and Colton.

Chad Kessler

Coach Kessler attended South Eugene High School, class of 83 (season of 82 he played in the quarter finals but lost to then Medford High School, before the split). He received an undergraduate degree in Social Science with a minor in English Literature from Linfield College. He received his graduate degree in Education from Pacific University. His hobbies include "anything out doors." He is a devoted husband to Christi and a loving father to three girls: Sami (Samantha) age seven, Tate (Tatum) age five and ZuZu, age two.

Zach Loboy
Linebacker Coach

Coach Loboy attended La Salle High School in the Portland area. He played football for two years at Oregon State University. Zach transferred to Southern Oregon University and played defensive end and inside linebacker from 1995-1997. Zach was a Team Captain in 1996 and 1997 and also earned league honors those years. This is his 2nd year coaching LB's at South Eugene High School. Zach's favorite hobby outside of football is mountain climbing. He has climbed all of the major Cascade Range peaks in Oregon as well as many mountains in the Sierra Nevada and the North Cascades. Zach is a manager in the water quality program at the Department of Environmental Quality. He has two children with his wife Stacey. His son Hayden is 6 years old and his daughter Brianna is 2 years old.

Dietrich Moore

Coach Moore attended A.J. Dimond High School in Anchorage Alaska where he graduated in 1996. He graduated from University of Oregon in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration, where he also played football in the 1996 through 1999 seasons. He obtained his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Oregon in 2005. His favorite hobby outside of football: Cooking and eating! He was recently married to Myia Semien (Moore) in August of 2008. Myia is the admission director at Total Image Academy. No children.
